Data sources and freshness

Buildings are keyed on BD's block ID. Every BD order and notice list carries the same ID, so order records join exactly, not by guesswork. Names come from BD's address text, then RVD's 'Names of Buildings' is joined on Chinese street and house number (about half of blocks with a street address match) to add English names, other names and the owners' corporation flag. Owners' committees are matched to blocks by location (within 60 m) and name.

All data is reproduced under the DATA.GOV.HK terms of use; copyright stays with the departments. Order counts are BD's cumulative figures, not the number outstanding.
